What methods of payments are accepted?

Preferred method of payment is Zelle. However, we accept checks, cash, and Venmo with no fees. We accept paypal payment with 6% added on fees (the fees charged for services and merchant fees).

What is included in fully furnished? Are towels and bedding included?

All furnishings are included in stay and all usual household supplies are there during stay. Usual household supplies are towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. Pots, pans and all usual kitchen items  (blender, toaster) are in the kitchen.

Can we have events at properties?

Not all properties can have events? If over max amount of people per stay, JRE needs to approve. If an official event, certain properties will be allowed for extra fee and cleaning fee.

How long do people usually stay?

Each person and each property is different. Some are short term stays which are 2 days to 2 weeks. Others are month to month stay which averages 2 months. Please check the property tab for what type of stay (short term rental or long term) or send inquiry.

How is the check in process?

Each check in process is self check in. We might be on site to greet you but most common is sending code and checking in on your time. When staying, you will have a specific code for most of the properties that you use during your stay. 

Will we be the only ones there?

Yes, you will be only ones there and property is NOT shared.

How do I book?

Preferred method of contact is email. A quote will be sent and once confirmed, will email a type of agreement, which will be signed by both parties. See when is payment due for payment.

What if I have problem during my stay?

We hope there are no problems and strive to prepare so there are none. However, if there is, call or text 702-655-5799, which is company cell phoen number and monitored most of day 7 days a week. A vendor will be called immediately if we can't fix ourselves. We pride ourselves on fixing things as fast as possible.

When is payment due?

If your stay is less than a month, it is 100% due 5 days before stay. If your stay is more than a month, it is 100% due 5 days before stay and start of each month thereafter.

Do you allow pets?

Some properties allow pets, please see property specific page if pets are allowed or send inquiry.

Will I have access to whole property? i.e. Garage

Yes, the whole property you will have access except the supplies closet. Supplies closest is for team and cleaners to make sure all are prepped. You get access to garage and will get a clicker when check in and mailbox key.
